Get these and a workout ball and you have a gym. A very small footprint in your home, compared to a big exercise weight contraption taking up huge amounts of room. At first it seems that they are costly, but they are well worth it. I can work out heavy, wife can turn a few clicks and work out light. It's nice not having a bunch of different weights all over the place.
