This machine is great. It's a fraction of the price of that "other gym". It was very easy to assemble alone. I am able to get my heart rate up while doing my strength training. I love that it is adjustable. As I get stronger, the higher I can go. The only thing that I think it is missing is an ankle strap for doing leg exercise, but I could buy that seperately for about 6 bucks. A workout DVD would be helpful too. I would recommend purchasing this. It is a great value for the money.
