I love this smoker. My ribs are now better then ever. The only problem I have had is in controlling the temperature. They recommend cooking 225-250 F and to just set the temperature dial to low. This gets you to about 300 F in 30 minutes. I found that setting the temp dial between the iginite and the high setting, you can control the heat manually yourself. This has allowed me to dial in at a perfect 240 F. All you need is 4 hours for baby backs and 5 hours for spare ribs.
