Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I'm an athena weight runner....and have a high instep as well as an almost wide foot (usually wear medium width)--Ryka makes great shoes, but about every other year they come out with a style that isn't as good. This model, the RYKA Innovation is a great model that they came out with last year!
